All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@anachic.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Ana Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
8. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
If an item is marked Pre-Order or Made-to-Order, please allow additional time for production before dispatch. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
