Yes. Every Ana Chic cardigan, bag, and accessory is handmade by a woman artisan in Turkey — using organic cotton and traditional crochet or knit techniques. No two pieces are exactly the same.

Because it was made by a human hand, not a machine. Each piece carries small variations in stitch tension, colour placement, or pattern. We consider these the fingerprint of the maker — and our favourite thing about the craft.

Most of our pieces are produced in batches of 1 to 10. When they sell out, we don't restock. Some cardigans are truly one-of-one. When it's gone, it's gone.

Most pieces are designed with a relaxed fit. Product pages include measurements and size guidance. If you're between sizes, we'd recommend sizing up — organic cotton knits relax slightly with wear.

In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 5–10 business days before dispatch. Delivery times: UK 2–3 days, EU 3–5 days, rest of world 5–10 days.

Hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry — never hang. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to preserve the weave.

We offer 14-day returns on unworn, unused items with original tags. Contact info@anachic.co.uk to start a return.

Rare, but if it happens — email us with photos and we'll fix it quickly, usually with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
