Ana Chic pieces are handmade to order by women artisans in Turkey. Every piece ships from our Brighton studio, packed by hand. This page answers the questions we hear most about shipping, customs, and delivery.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our Brighton studio.
Customs, duties and taxes
United Kingdom
No customs charges. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
European Union
Orders to EU countries may be subject to local import VAT and, for orders above the EU low-value threshold (€150), a customs duty. These are charged by your local courier or customs office on delivery and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We mark every package with its correct commercial value so there are no surprises.
United States
Orders under USD 800 enter duty-free under the current de minimis threshold. Orders above that may be subject to US import duty collected by the carrier.
Rest of the world
Import duties, local taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your countrys threshold before ordering.
Why we cannot prepay customs duties
We are a small independent studio, not a large retailer with a Delivery Duty Paid agreement. Prepaying customs on every international parcel is not something our courier partners offer at our volume. We know this is not the smoothest experience and we are working on it as we grow.
Handmade means made to order
Most pieces are one of a kind and made in small batches. If your piece is in stock in Brighton, it ships within 1 to 2 working days. If it is made to order, please allow 7 to 14 working days before shipping. You will see the current lead time on each product page.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received it within the lead time above, email info@anachic.co.uk and we will follow up the same day.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Handmade and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty. Full policy on our refund policy page.
Need a pre-purchase answer
If you are unsure about sizing, lead time or shipping cost for your country, email info@anachic.co.uk and we will come back the same day. We would rather answer a question than lose a customer to uncertainty.
