1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition, with tags still attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

Items must be returned to us with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Important Note:
Because our products are handmade in limited batches, we do not restock returned items. Please shop mindfully.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

Custom-made or personalized pieces

Sale items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards

Earrings or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was marked “Free Shipping,” a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes that are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with the return instructions and shipping address.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. In-Store Returns
If you purchased in person from our Brighton boutique, returns can be made in-store within 14 days, with a receipt.
