Winter needs one bright thing, and this hooded scarf offers it: scarlet, mustard and dusty blue rounds inside a deep plum frame, square after square, like berries left on a bare branch. It shows best against a dark coat on a grey morning. The hood is crocheted from squares joined by hand, and a scarf runs from its lower edge in a single line, so the two tails can hang down the front or cross loosely under the chin. Cotton blend, warm without weight. Crocheted by hand, the red sits a little higher or lower in each round.

Machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle. Reshape and lay flat to dry; skip the tumble dryer. A cold hand wash keeps it at its best for longest.

Every Ana Chic piece is designed in our Brighton studio and made by hand by women artisans in Anatolia, crocheted or knitted stitch by stitch, then quality-checked in our own atelier. We work with each maker directly, with no factory and no middle layer, and make in small batches.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every Ana Chic piece is 100% handmade using traditional crochet and knitting techniques. No mass production — each item is individually crafted with care and intention.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it can go in the washing machine. Use a cool, gentle cycle, then reshape it and lay it flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer. For the longest life, a cold hand wash keeps it at its best for years. Toys are the exception: keep them out of the machine and hand wash them gently.
How do I choose the right size?
Most pieces have a relaxed, easy fit, and hand-crocheted and knitted pieces have a little natural give. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. UK returns are free: email us your order number and we will send a prepaid label. International returns are welcome too, with return shipping paid by the customer.

If the item is in stock, we ship within 1–3 business days. Pieces marked Limited Restock are crocheted to order — please allow 21–28 business days before dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
