The harvest, kept. A plump pumpkin in orange velvet yarn, its ribs curving from stalk to base, with a green stem that has thrown out long, curling tendrils as if it were still reaching for the light. There is no face and no costume; it is simply autumn, made soft. The velvet pile shifts in tone as you turn it, deep orange in shadow and bright where the lamp catches. Set it on a kitchen table in October, on a mantelpiece beside candles, or on a shelf where it can stay until the first frost and beyond. Crocheted by hand, the tendrils curl wherever the yarn chose to go.

Every Ana Chic piece is designed in our Brighton studio and made by hand by women artisans in Anatolia, crocheted or knitted stitch by stitch, then quality-checked in our own atelier. We work with each maker directly, with no factory and no middle layer, and make in small batches.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every Ana Chic piece is 100% handmade using traditional crochet and knitting techniques. No mass production — each item is individually crafted with care and intention.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it can go in the washing machine. Use a cool, gentle cycle, then reshape it and lay it flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer. For the longest life, a cold hand wash keeps it at its best for years. Toys are the exception: keep them out of the machine and hand wash them gently.
How do I choose the right size?
Most pieces have a relaxed, easy fit, and hand-crocheted and knitted pieces have a little natural give. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. UK returns are free: email us your order number and we will send a prepaid label. International returns are welcome too, with return shipping paid by the customer.

How long does shipping take?
If the item is in stock, we ship within 1–3 business days. Pieces marked Limited Restock are crocheted to order — please allow 21–28 business days before dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
