A reindeer with a sweet tooth. There is a peppermint stitched to his tummy, a ruffled red collar at his neck, and a scatter of small white marks across his forehead like the first snow settling. He stands upright with his arms loose, the way someone stands when they have just been introduced. Brown velvet yarn gives him a thick, plush pile that is soft to hold and catches a little light. Tuck him into a stocking, set him on a bedside table, or give him to whoever in the house still listens for the sleigh. Each reindeer is crocheted by hand, its antlers branching off in their own directions.

Every Ana Chic piece is designed in our Brighton studio and made by hand by women artisans in Anatolia, crocheted or knitted stitch by stitch, then quality-checked in our own atelier. We work with each maker directly, with no factory and no middle layer, and make in small batches.

Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every Ana Chic piece is 100% handmade using traditional crochet and knitting techniques. No mass production — each item is individually crafted with care and intention.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it can go in the washing machine. Use a cool, gentle cycle, then reshape it and lay it flat to dry. Skip the tumble dryer. For the longest life, a cold hand wash keeps it at its best for years. Toys are the exception: keep them out of the machine and hand wash them gently.
How do I choose the right size?
Most pieces have a relaxed, easy fit, and hand-crocheted and knitted pieces have a little natural give. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. UK returns are free: email us your order number and we will send a prepaid label. International returns are welcome too, with return shipping paid by the customer.

How long does shipping take?
If the item is in stock, we ship within 1–3 business days. Pieces marked Limited Restock are crocheted to order — please allow 21–28 business days before dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
